Cancellation policy

The Ríos de Oro Coffee Club sends a 1 lb bag every month at 10% off the regular price. It renews automatically until you cancel.

You're charged on each billing date, and your bag ships after that charge goes through.

Pause, skip a delivery, or cancel anytime from your account at riosdeoro.com, or email sales@riosdeoro.com and Juan or I will do it for you. Cancel before your next billing date to avoid that charge.

If a payment fails, we retry it up to 3 times, 7 days apart. If every retry fails, the subscription is canceled and we email you.

Coffee is a consumable, so shipped subscription orders can't be returned. If a bag arrives damaged or something isn't right, email us and we'll make it right.
