Every bag starts the same way: hand-picked on a hillside in Colombia's Coffee Triangle, where our family has been growing coffee for over 50 years across two farms — La Lucia and La Esperanza.
These are Castillo beans, washed and fermented for 24 to 36 hours before drying. The result is clean, vibrant, and specific — bright citrus up front, dark chocolate in the finish, with none of the flatness you get from commercial blends.
Roasted in Colombia and shipped to the US within one week of roasting. By the time it reaches your door, it's fresher than anything on a grocery store shelf.
